- Young people’s voices are rarely heard in sector decisions
- There is no national champion for young people in hospitality and fragmented representation
- Employers struggle to attract, develop and retain young talent
- Hospitality is a profession and contributes significantly to the UK economy
- Young people want purpose, growth and belonging – not always delivered by traditional programmes
