Run by the Hospitality Junior Board, the Hospitality Careers Fair is designed for young people exploring their future, and for parents and supporters wanting to learn more about the industry. Led by young people already working in hospitality, the fair offers a genuine, peer-led insight into an industry often seen as “just a job.”
Attendees will have the opportunity to meet industry professionals at every stage – from those starting out to people leading and shaping hospitality today. Through real stories and honest conversations, the fair showcases clear career pathways, progression opportunities, and the wide range of roles hospitality has to offer.

The event will bring together a diverse range of regional hospitality employers, including leading hotels, independent and group restaurants, event venues, contract caterers, and visitor attractions. What is the Hospitality Junior Board?
The Hospitality Junior Board is a programme that unites a diverse cohort of young managers from across the sector. It supports and develops them through various activities, including board meetings, peer to peer, workshops, projects, and mentoring. Additionally, it advocates for the sector’s value and potential as a positive career choice.
It aims to grow their competence and confidence in areas such as collaborating, communication, leadership, planning, self management, self-awareness, and more.
